Freight Delivery for Large Products

How are saunas and cold plunges delivered?
Large products such as saunas and cold plunges ship via freight carrier. You will be contacted by the carrier to schedule a delivery appointment. Freight deliveries are curbside unless otherwise specified — please arrange for assistance to move the product to its final location.

What should I do before my freight delivery arrives?
Ensure there is clear access to your delivery location. Inspect the packaging carefully upon arrival before signing. Note any visible damage on the delivery receipt before the driver leaves.

Electrical Requirements & Installation

What electrical requirements do saunas have?
Electrical requirements vary by product. Most infrared saunas require a standard 120V outlet, while larger or traditional saunas may require a dedicated 240V circuit. Refer to the product specifications on each listing for exact requirements.

Is professional installation required?
We recommend consulting a licensed electrician for any dedicated circuit installation. Assembly instructions are included with each product. ColdSweat does not provide installation services.

Damaged Shipments

What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
Inspect all packaging at the time of delivery. If damage is visible, note it on the carrier's delivery receipt before signing and take photos immediately.
