Before it arrives
A clear plan from curb to cabin.
- Share your ZIP and delivery access. Tell us about narrow roads, gates, steep or long driveways, stairs, apartments and island or remote destinations. GDI’s standard freight process uses a 53-foot semi; access must be confirmed.
- Arrange the delivery appointment. The carrier contacts you to schedule. Have someone available to receive and inspect the shipment.
- Plan the move from curbside. Standard freight unloads at the curb or driveway end. You arrange safe movement, assembly and installation; room placement and packaging removal are separate.
- Prepare the site and power. Confirm a suitable level surface, full assembly clearances, ventilation, door swing and electrical work with your installer before ordering.
- Inspect before signing. Photograph the cartons and note visible damage on the delivery receipt. For major damage such as a large puncture, follow GDI’s refusal instructions and contact ColdSweat promptly.

Lead times depend on the exact model, stock, carrier and destination. Ask us to confirm the current estimate for your ZIP before making holiday plans. Delivery dates are estimates.

Know your coverage
The cabin and heater have separate warranties.
Golden Designs cabin
5-year limited coverage on properly maintained wood structure, the control panel, applicable harnesses and lights under GDI’s written traditional/hybrid/outdoor terms.
Parts coverage excludes labor. It applies to the original purchaser at the original installation site in the covered territory. Improper installation, modifications, inadequate weather protection and full commercial use are excluded under these terms.
Stove / heater
The stove has its own manufacturer warranty. Confirm the supplied heater model and written coverage with your order.
For a qualifying Harvia heater used at home, Harvia’s current terms list 2 years, with an additional year for eligible electric heaters registered within 30 days. Manufacturer conditions and exclusions apply.
Keep the invoice, serial numbers and installation records. GDI requests registration within 60 days. Contact hello@getcoldsweat.co for help identifying the correct warranty. Other sauna brands have their own coverage.
Holiday buying questions
Should I wait for a Black Friday discount?
Start with the right model, a delivery estimate and your complete project cost. This page shows current price comparisons. Any later promotion will have its own eligible products and terms. Stock and future discounts are not guaranteed.
Can I pair a sauna with a cold plunge?
Yes. Ask us to quote the exact sauna, compatible tub and chiller together. Connection size, power, accessories and freight all affect the final package. Explore bundle options.
Is assembly or electrical work included?
Standard freight delivery does not include assembly, installation or electrical work. Arrange the site and a qualified electrician separately. All three featured models need a 240V stove circuit and a 120V circuit for their controls or lighting.
What if I need to return a sauna?
Returns require authorization. Under ColdSweat’s GDI terms, unused items must be initiated within 30 days of delivery in original undamaged packaging. Outbound and return freight charges apply; opened or assembled unused items can also incur a 20% restocking fee. Used items are ineligible. Review the complete return and cancellation policy before ordering.
