ColdSweat Shipping Policy

ColdSweat partners with trusted manufacturers and suppliers to deliver premium saunas, cold plunges, and recovery equipment throughout the United States.

Order Processing

After your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation by email. Orders are subject to product availability and manufacturer confirmation. Processing times vary by product and manufacturer.

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping methods, costs, and estimated delivery times vary depending on the product, destination, and manufacturer. Any shipping charges applicable to your order will be displayed at checkout or communicated before fulfillment.

Many of our larger products are shipped via freight carrier. Freight deliveries may require the carrier to contact you to schedule a delivery appointment. Unless otherwise stated on the product page, freight delivery does not include installation, assembly, placement inside the home, or removal of packaging.

Delivery Estimates

Any delivery dates or timeframes provided by ColdSweat are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier schedules, manufacturer availability, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Receiving Freight Shipments

Please inspect your shipment and packaging for visible damage before accepting delivery. If damage is visible, note the damage on the carrier's delivery receipt before signing and take clear photographs of the shipment and packaging.

Please contact ColdSweat as soon as possible after delivery if your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect. Keep all original packaging and documentation while the issue is being reviewed.

Order Changes & Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address and contact information. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to request a change.

Once an order has entered processing or has shipped, changes or cancellations may not be possible and additional manufacturer, freight, rerouting, storage, or return fees may apply.

Product-Specific Shipping Terms

Certain products may have additional shipping requirements or restrictions based on the manufacturer, product size, or delivery location. When applicable, product-specific terms shown on the product page or communicated during fulfillment will apply.

Golden Designs / GDI Products — Freight & Additional Charges

Products manufactured by Golden Designs, Inc. (GDI) are shipped via freight carrier and are subject to the following specific charges. These terms apply exclusively to GDI products and do not automatically apply to other ColdSweat products.

Address Changes
If a delivery address change is requested after an order has shipped, the following fees apply:

- Same city or same freight terminal: $85
- Different city or different freight terminal: $150 and up

Redelivery Fees
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful and redelivery is required, the following fees apply:

- Second delivery attempt: $95
- Third delivery attempt: $150

Storage Fees
If a shipment cannot be delivered and remains at the destination freight terminal, storage fees of $125 per day will apply beginning after the third day at the terminal.

These charges are assessed by the freight carrier or manufacturer and will be the responsibility of the customer when applicable. ColdSweat will communicate any such charges as promptly as possible.
